5/9/2008 -- Next Tuesday's game between Sonoma State and the University of Georgia has been selected as the Feature Game for Day One of the Men's Collegiate Lacrosse Association's National Championship Tournament. Ken Lovic and Sonny Pieper will be broadcasting the game live from Dallas at 7 pm central (5 pm Pacific) The broadcast can be found on the following website: www.CollegeLAX.us Fans voting on the CollegeLax website voted for the SSU/UGA opening round game over Colorado State vs Virginia Tech, UC Santa Barbara vs Arizona State and Florida State vs Simon Fraser (Canada). For those parents and fans not traveling to Dallas this is an opportunity to follow the SSU team as they take on the Conference Champion from the SELC. The 'Noma team has never played the Bulldogs in either the regular season or in the post season.

I want to thank everyone that came and supported us in San Diego this past weekend. Our fundraiser was a huge success and we are very thankful for all the donations that we received that night.  A special thanks to Dave Balser and Bob D'Angelo for organizing the event and the Alexander Family for hosting the party.
