The Sonoma Lacrosse Camp is designed as an instructional camp with a focus on developing correct skills for middle school boys ages 8-14. The emphasis is on teaching proper methods of dodging, checking, passing, catching and shooting. There will be specific coaches for goalies and for players who face off. Players will be matched up by size and ability and will play on teams in full field scrimmages.
